About Us

Tree of Hearts is based in a beautiful Grade II Listed building situated in Bridgnorth, surrounded by the Shropshire countryside. It is run by a small team of full-and-part-time staff who are all passionate about wedding stationery. All of our stationery is ‘Made in Britain’, lovingly created in our riverside studio. Although we are an online company, we want you to know that help is at hand if you need it. Our team can be contacted from 9:00 to 5:15 on Monday through to Friday via phone or e-mail should you have any queries. If you contact us outside of these hours, please leave a message so we can get back to you the next working day.

Meet the Team

Lisa Lisa – Director

Lisa is the boss… and a lovely one too! She works extremely hard in the background, making Tree of Hearts the success it is today. She is an extremely busy person, juggling running a business with bringing up two small boys and being a wife! She has won a ‘Mumpreneur’ award!

Lisa looks after her team really well, supplying fresh cakes and treats! Lisa is very proud of her achievements so far, but knows she couldn’t have done it without her strong team behind her.

 

Yvonne Yvonne – Senior Customer Services Advisor

Yvonne spends her day setting customer proofs, dealing with customer queries via phone and e-mail, liaising with the printer, and overseeing the office. Yvonne is a friendly, calm, soft-natured person who eats the craziest lunches, like cheddar biscuit sandwiches!

 

Georgia Georgia – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor

Georgia works alongside Yvonne, setting customer proofs, dealing with customer queries via phone and e-mail, and liaising with the printer. It’s also her job to help manage the website. Georgia is very organised and down to earth. She’s the fitness expert of the studio!

 

Charlotte Charlotte – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor

Charlotte works with Yvonne to set proofs for customers and answer queries. She’s also our in-house photographer, snapping stationery as well as capturing studio life. Charlotte brightens the office with her sense of humour.

 

Katie Katie – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor

Katie joined Yvonne’s team in 2017. She works hard, helping answer email and telephone questions while also setting customers’ proofs. Katie is always cheerful and greets everyone with a smile!

 

emma Emma – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor

Emma joined us in 2017 and works in the customer service department. She sets proofs and answers questions over the phone and online. Emma always works hard to deliver outstanding customer service! 

 

Hollie Hollie – Administration & Dispatch Team Leader

Hollie is our full-time administration and dispatch leader. Her role is to print and sort the orders daily, liaise with customers, and organise the post. Hollie loves to have a good supply of stock so she can get down to work! She is a kind, quiet person who loves having a view of the river from her office.

 

Jean Jean – Dispatch Assistant

Jean is the boss’ Mother - the real boss! She is officially retired but loves to come in and help the dispatch department. Her favourite job is personalising guest books and photo albums, decorating them with beautiful ribbons! Jean is young at heart and loves spending time with the team. She is also very good at baking cakes, with lemon cake being her speciality!


Nici Nici – Dispatch Assistant

Nici works part-time as a dispatch assistant and loves what she does. As well as packing orders, Nici’s job is to organise the post. She is a very friendly person who wears her heart on her sleeve. She lives on a farm and grows the most delicious green beans, which she often shares with the team!

 

Lauren Lauren – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor

Lauren helps Hollie to pack orders and manage the post. She loves to tick off the jobs on her list! Lauren escapes making the tea as she only drinks water! She is a friendly, outgoing person who loves spending time with others.

 

Edwina – Dispatch Administration Assistant 

Edwina joined the Tree of Hearts team in 2017. She works with Hollie, packaging orders and organising the mail. Edwina is a friendly and passionate team player who is always eager to learn new things. Edwina is known for her kind personality!

 

Natalie Natalie – Supervisor & Designer

Natalie is the creative one who loves organising things. She hates mess! Natalie loves to see her designs being packed in the dispatch department – she knows she has done a good job then! As well as doing her creative work, Natalie’s role is to support the team and ensure the smooth running of operations. Natalie is a friendly person who will always give you an honest answer. She loves being surrounded by pretty things.

 

Leah Leah – Creative Assistant Apprentice

Leah joined Tree of Hearts in 2016. She is a helpful person, whose jobs include writing the Tree of Hearts blog, creating images, and managing the social media pages. Leah’s always eager to do a good job.
